NOTICE

By Order No. 013/06.10.2025 of the Director of the High School of Stonemasonry (HSS) – Kunino, a public auction with secret bidding is scheduled to be held on October 22, 2025, in the main school building, Petrography classroom No. 1.1/15. The auction concerns the lease for a term of 9 (nine) years and 10 (ten) months, in accordance with the Regulations for the Application of the State Property Act (RASPA), of real estate – public state property within the meaning of Art. 16, Para. 2 of the State Property Act, managed by HSS, as follows: A building with administrative address 1 Petko Lalov St., Kunino village, Roman Municipality, with cadastral number 504.3, single-story, with a built-up area of 205 sq. m., intended for industrial practice – workshop, built on land with cadastral number 504 according to the cadastral plan of Kunino village, approved by Order RD-03-24-884/15.05.2000 of the MRRB.

The initial monthly auction rental price of the property, determined in accordance with Art. 41, Para. 1 of the RASPA, is as follows: 270.00 BGN (two hundred and seventy leva) excluding VAT. Price of the Tender Documentation – 240.00 BGN (two hundred and forty leva) including VAT. Payment for the Tender Documentation is to be made at the cashier’s office of HSS – Kunino village. The deposit for participation in the auction is as follows: 270.00 BGN (two hundred and seventy leva) excluding VAT; Deposits are to be paid at the cashier’s office of HSS – Kunino village or by bank transfer to the account with IBAN BG53UNCR75273153326311.

The Tender Documentation can be obtained at the cashier’s office of HSS – Kunino village, every working day until the day before the auction, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM up to and including October 21, 2025.

The review and evaluation of the proposals will take place on October 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM by a commission appointed by order of the Director of HSS-Kunino, in the main school building, Petrography classroom No. 1.1/15.
