The Vocational High School of Stonemasonry in Kunino was founded in 1920 to improve stonemasonry skills in Bulgaria, in response to the need for specialists in the field. Chosen for its proximity to excellent limestone sources and railway lines, Kunino is a village with a rich history and natural beauty. The school's founder, Konstantin Tomov, was a renowned Bulgarian visionary.
The high school trains students in the protected major of "Stonemasonry." At the end of their five-year vocational training, students receive a secondary education diploma and a certificate of professional qualification with a second degree of professional qualification (SPK).
