Dear alumni of the High School of Stonemasonry, it is with deep sorrow that we inform you that the earthly journey of Margarita Korcheva, a long-time teacher of Bulgarian Language and Literature, has come to an end. Those of us who were fortunate enough to be taught by her surely cherish wonderful and unforgettable memories of her classes. Charming, passionate, and an absolute professional, Mrs. Korcheva was part of our school for over 25 years. In 1978, together with her unforgettable husband, Nikola Korchev, and their two sons, they moved from the big city to live and create in the village of Kunino. Naturally, through their hard work, humanity, and dedication, they became some of the students’ most beloved figures. Thanks to her efforts, a creative writing and recitation club was established at the school, and for years, her exceptional intellect was behind the writing of numerous scripts for celebrations and events. After her retirement, she developed her talent in the field of poetry, and her charming creation is the collection of poems “Wildflower”.
Although Margarita Korcheva has passed on to a new world, she will forever remain part of the constellation of wonderful educators who have worked in our century-old school!
Dear teacher, thank you for the lessons and the shared wisdom! Rest in peace, and may your memory be eternal!
With love and gratitude from the management of the High School of Stonemasonry
