The auction concerns the lease for a term of 9 (nine) years and 10 (ten) months, in accordance with the Regulations for the Application of the State Property Act (RASPA), of real estate &#8211; public state property within the meaning of Art. 16, Para. 2 of the State Property Act, managed by HSS, as follows: A building with administrative address 1 Petko Lalov St., Kunino village, Roman Municipality, with cadastral number 504.3, single-story, with a built-up area of 205 sq. m., intended for industrial practice \u2013 workshop, built on land with cadastral number 504 according to the cadastral plan of Kunino village, approved by Order RD-03-24-884\/15.05.2000 of the MRRB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The initial monthly auction rental price of the property, determined in accordance with Art. 41, Para. 1 of the RASPA, is as follows: 270.00<strong> <\/strong>BGN (two hundred and seventy leva) excluding VAT<strong>.<\/strong> Price of the Tender Documentation \u2013 240.00 BGN (two hundred and forty leva) including VAT. Payment for the Tender Documentation is to be made at the cashier&#8217;s office of HSS \u2013 Kunino village.
